This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Aurel Cumpănașu (the "Developer") for the use of Sweet Spin 2 Cook (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device solely for entertainment purposes.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to graphics, audio, text, code, and design, are owned by or licensed to Aurel Cumpănașu. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos used in connection with the App.
Sweet Spin 2 Cook operates completely offline and does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or information. The App does not use any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising services. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
The App is suitable for users of all ages and contains no inappropriate content. However, children should use the App under parental supervision.
The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Updates may be required to continue using the App. The Developer is not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates for the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Developer does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUREL CUMPД‚NAРВU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurel Cumpănașu from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on the Developer's website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
